
OUR DIRECTORS
Confront the Climate Crisis is made up of hundreds of students from across the state, so we keep ourselves organized by dividing it into several teams led by directors. Our organization has an Executive Board and three sub-teams: Legislative, Event Planning, and Communications.
RAHUL DURAI

Rahul has been involved in CTCC since fall 2020. He's in the class of 2024 at West Lafayette Jr/Sr High School. He can't wait for the Indiana General Assembly to accept that climate change is real and take meaningful action.

ASHLYN WALKER

Ashlyn has been involved since July 2021. She's in class of 2024 at Carmel High School. She's hopeful for global change towards a more sustainable world for the future generations.

CHENYAO LIU

Chenyao has been involved in CTCC since fall 2020. She's in the class of 2023 at Carmel High School. She's hopeful that Indiana will implement cleaner public transportation.

CLAIRE CURRAN

Claire first got involved in CTCC in July of 2021. They're in the class of 2024 at Brebeuf Jesuit Prep School. She's excited about making more and more accessible public green spaces.

GRACE KANESHIRO

Grace joined CTCC in late 2020. She is in the class of 2023 at the International High School of Indiana. They're excited to see a move to renewable energy and improved public transit in the future.

GRACE VANDER SANDE

Grace has been involved in CTCC since February of 2022. She's in class of 2024 at Lawrence North High School. Grace is hopeful that the people of Indiana will listen to youth voices and implement sustainable ideals into their lifestyles.

RAINA MAIGA

Raina has been involved in CTCC since February of 2022. She's in the class of 2025 at Purdue Polytechnic High school. Raina is hoping for more environmental awareness and education in schools.

GRACE GUO

Grace has been involved with CTCC since December of 2021. She's in the class of 2024 at Carmel High School, and is excited to see increased accountability regarding our own ecological footprints.
